SB-Key für Retail-Installation ?

Hallo,

 

der Titel ist vielleicht etwas verwirrend, deshalb hole ich mal etwas aus.

Im Moment habe ich noch ein Technet-Abo und somit auch Zugriff auf die Vista-Downloads und Keys. Nun mein Problem:

Wenn ich jetzt Vista Ultimate 64Bit installiere, mit dem Retail-Key von Technet, und später mein Abo nicht verlängere; kann ich dann den Key auf einen SB-Key umändern, ohne neu installieren zu müssen ?

ungültig wird er nicht.man kann ihn weiterhin ganz normal benutzen. im vertrag steht aber drin, dass man die produkte dann deinstallieren muss. also wäre eine weitere benutzung illegal.

Genau richtig erkannt. Du kommst dann um eine Neuinstallation nicht rum. Einfach den Key ändern geht nicht...

Hallo,

Gott sei Dank rückt Ihr meine Welt wieder zurecht. Ich habe versucht, auf nem anderen Board den Leuten klarzumachen, dass der Einsatz von Vista aus nem Technet-Schnupperabo nach Ablauf des Abos genauso illegal ist, als wenn sie es sich irgendwo im Web besorgt hätten. Allerdings wollte mir irgendwie keiner glauben, so dass ich am Ende schon an mir gezweifelt hatte.

Ich habe auch schon oft festgestellt, das in anderen Foren solche Themen entweder nicht so ernst genommen wurden oder sich schlichtweg niemand auskannte. Das spricht nur für die hohe Qualität in an Board. :D

Nicht ganz, bei WinXP kannst Du mit einem von Microsoft bereit gestellten Tool sehr wohl zwischen Retail, OEM und VLK wechseln und das ohne Neuinstallation.

To change Windows Vista product key, use the following steps:

 

1. Run Elevated Command Prompt with administrator rights or privileges. To do so, locate Command Prompt icon in Start Menu, right click on it and select “Run as Administrator”. You can also type in “command prompt” in Vista instant search, and right click on Command Prompt shortcut and then select “Runas Administrator” to enable administrator credentials. Answer yes to any UAC confirmation. You can also turn off UAC.

 

2. In the command prompt window, type the following command:

 

slmgr.vbs -ipk <insert your product key here>

 

Replace <insert your product key here> with the 25-digit Windows Vista product key.

3. To activate windows after changing the key, run the following command in the command prompt window:

 

slmgr.vbs -ato

 

If you don’t prefer to issue commands manually on command prompt, you can use the Vista GUI (graphical user interface) to change product key.

Sooo wenn du deine Legal Erworbene Vista Version nach Kündigung deine Abos weiter nutzen willst dan ist das deine Lösung.

1x Original Key Kaufen obere Schritte ausführen und Abo wech und immernoch Legal Benutzen LoL.

 

und das noch hier nicht vergessen.....

 

1. Go to System Properties window with one of the following method:

If Windows Vista system already in Reduced Functionality Mode, there is an option of “Retype your product key”, which is the same as “Change product key” above and will give you the opportunity to enter a new product key or license key if you want to activate Windows Vista with a new key that is not yet installed on the existing installation of Windows Vista.

Sooo wenn du deine Legal Erworbene Vista Version nach Kündigung deine Abos weiter nutzen willst dan ist das deine Lösung.

 

das mag technisch zwar funktionieren, ist lizenzrechtlich aber fragwürdig.
