Ich weiss :) Aber ne 871 bricht bei 2Mbit fragments auseinander ... da hast du volle CPU usage.

Wenn du das DF-Bit weglaesst wird fragmentiert, das ist an sich schon mal schlecht, funktioniert aber. Fragmentierung sollte eigentlich gar nicht stattfinden.

Lass die MTU's wie sie sind (nicht 1400) und mach die adjust-mss auf 1300. Danach musst du reconnecten.

Meinst du nicht es waere besser erst mal herauszufinden ob dir das arbeiten mit Cisco Spass macht?

Hast du mit Cisco ueberhaupt schon mal gearbeitet?

Wenn ihr aus der Nortelwelt kommt und mit modularen 4500ern anfangt, lasst euch BITTE von nem Ciscoexperten beraten.

Brauchst du unbedingt die modularen 4500er? Fuer dich wuerds ja auch ein 4948 tun.

Dann waere es kein Modem ;) Ich werd heut meinen Kollegen drauf ansetzen das mit demselben Router und IOS nachzubauen, mal schaun wie doof er guckt wenn er zur Tuer reinschneit :)

Das ist eher ein Concentrator/ASA Feature, ich glaubs mal irgendwo fuer IOS gelesen zu haben, bin mir aber nicht sicher.
