Exchange 2010 Update auf aktuelles Rollup 13 Fehlercode 2771

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich muss bei einem Server auf Exchange 2010 Rollup 13 aktuallisieren, nach wenigen sekunden erscheint bei der installation Fehlercode 2771, ich habe dann auf der MS Website gelesen, dass man den tempordner unter Windows leeren soll, dass habe ich getan, leider bekomme ich den Fehler weiterhin. Hat hier jemand eine idee dazu?

Hi,

 

hast du das MSP-Paket per Doppelklick gestartet? Öffne mal explizit eine CMD-Box als Admin ("Als Administrator ausführen") und in dieser CMD dann die MSP aufrufen.

 

Habe mal so einen ähnlichen Abbruch gehabt. War zwar Error 1603 vom Installer, aber Versuch macht klug...

Noch was: Es gab mal Probleme, wenn die Powershell-ExectionPolicy per GPO gesetzt war (soll aber eigentlich mit SP3 erledigt sein).

 

Kannst ja mal rsop.msc starten und schauen, ob da so eine Einstellung auf den Server angewendet wird.

in dem LogVerzeichnis auf C:\ExchangeSetupLogs\ solltest du weitere Details finden.

 

Ggf. die vorhandene Logdatei löschen / umbebenennen, nochmal das Rollup starten, dann liest sich das leichter.

 

Was ich auf die Schnelle finden konnte bezog sich alles auf RU6

ICH habe die logdatei schon wegkopiert, allerdings wird diese nicht neu erstellt.

das einzige was er meldet : C:\ExchangeSetupLogs\exchangeInstallState.xml kann nicht gefunden werden.

Hmm, das ist komisch.

 

Lade dir das RU13 bitte noch mal neu herunter, MS hat derzeit ziemliche Probleme mit dem Downloadcenter, ggf. ist das File corrupt.

 

Du könntest das noch On-Top von einem Administrativem CMD starten.

Ich hatte gerade einen Error 1603 beim Versuch der Installation des Rollups. Hatte ich aber auch beim Rollup 12. Workaround war damals das Ding entweder als Default-Administrator zu starten oder halt mit angehoben Rechten z.B. aus einer administrativen CMD.

 

Edit: Auch die Installation von RU13 ist dann mit den entsprechenden Berechtigungen bei uns durchgelaufen.

Ja, aber SP3 ohne irgendwas, ist ja auch schon 3 Jahre her.

Wie kann ein Server so ungepatcht sein?

 

Wahrscheinlich fehlt da was.

Lade mal das noch verfügbare RU8v2 herunter und versuche es damit.

Wenn es damit auch nicht geht, keine Idee mehr.

 

Leere mal vor dem Versuch die Evnet und Setup-Logs, vielleicht findet man da was.

Was ist bei dir in der Registry unter HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\ExchangeServer\V14\AdminTools ?

Hi,

 

RU13 geht direkt auf SP3. Ist ja von MS explizit so beschrieben. Ich habe das auch selbst kürzlich bei einem Kunden auf mehreren ewig nicht gepatchten Servern gemacht (SP3 installiert - Neustart - RU13).

 

Die aktuelle Powershell-Executionpolicy kannst du dir anschauen:

Get-ExecutionPolicy -List | ft -a

        Scope ExecutionPolicy
        ----- ---------------
MachinePolicy       Undefined
   UserPolicy       Undefined
      Process       Undefined
  CurrentUser       Undefined

MachinePolicy/UserPolicy sollten auf Undefined stehen. Wenn nicht, dann ist eine GPO aktiv.
