Problem mit Windows Updates bei Windows 2008 Std. R2 64bit Server

Hallo, 

 

Problem:  Windows Updates lassen sich nicht installieren, System soll aktuell gepatcht werden. (da eine Applikation upgedated werden soll)   

 

Wenn man "nach Updates suchen" ausführt kommt  "Mit Windows Update kann derzeit nicht nach Updates gesucht werden, da der Dienst nicht ausgeführt wird. Möglicherweise müssen Sie den Computer neu starten."

 

Wenn man Start / Herunterfahren drückt ist dort das gelbe Zeichen und er sagt  Update 1 von 44 wird installiert.  (fängt dann jedoch nicht an...sagt als nächstes Windows Dienste werden beendet und schaltet sich aus)

 

Der Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer findet ca. 20-30 Update die nicht installiert sind.

 

Es ist unbekannt, seit wann die Situation so ist.  

 

Im Taskmanager ist "wuauserv"  = Windows Update vorhanden/gestartet.

Auf dem Server waren ein 3rd Party Windows Updater Tool installiert, welches die Windowsupdate Funktion eigentlich nicht ausser Kraft setzen soll. (ist jetzt deinstalliert)

Diese beiden KBs zum "windows update reparieren" bringen keine Besserung.

-  sfc /scannow sagt:  Überprüfung 51% abgeschlossen. Der Windows-Resourcenschutz konnte den angeforderten Vorgang nicht ausführen.

 

- Windows Reparatur mit CD wurde probiert gibt dort 2-4 verschiedene Wege (noch nicht alle wurden probiert)

Exakte Meldung aus dem Windows Ereignisprotokoll, wenn man KB947821 anwenden möchte: 

Installationsfehler: Die Installation des folgenden Updates ist mit Fehler 0x80004002 fehlgeschlagen: Hotfix für Windows (KB947821)

 

Info: es handelt sich ja um dies:Systemupdate-Vorbereitungstool für Windows 7 (KB947821) [Oktober 2014] /  Beheben Sie Windows Fehler, mithilfe das Tool DISM oder System Update Readiness / Dieses Tool wird zur Verfügung gestellt, weil im Windows Servicing Store ein Konflikt gefunden wurde, durch den die erfolgreiche Installation zukünftiger Updates, Service Packs und Software möglicherweise verhindert wird.

Der o.g. Troubleshouter meldet: Service registration is missing or corrupt    (war zwischendurch auch schonmal grün/ok- unklar weshalb nun Problem)

Allerdings läßt sich o.g. Troubleshouter gar nicht starten, 

Gleichnamiger troubleshouter dagegen schon, ob unterschiedliche Version ungeprüft.

gibt ja ein Artikel zum manuellen registrieren diverser dll s in diesem Zusammenhang. Dabei fällt auf das die ca. 10-30 Dlls entweder nicht da oder in Verwendung sind.

Wenn Du eh schon alles installiert hast, hilft womöglich nur noch ein Call bei MSFT oder den Server neu installieren. Letzteres wird nicht gehen, weil der Server ungefähr 4711 Rollen installiert hat, und es ungefähr 3 Monate dauert bis er wieder installiert wäre, richtig? SCNR :)

ich habe einen nicht produktiven exchange 2010 auf einem server2008 r2 SP1.

Lizenz aus action pack und aus diversen Gründen keine Lust/keine Möglichkeit einen zweiten exchange hinzustellen und die geschichte ist ein kleines weilchen in der vergangenheit passiert.

der hatte aehnliche probleme, upgrade checker fail, sfc fail, nicht reparierbar, eine endlose Liste von fails bei sfc und upgradechecker.

warum exchange lief war mir da ein echtes raetsel.

auf dem habe ich ein inplace upgrade auf server 2008 r2 sp1 gemacht.

Es hat funktioniert und seitdem liefen alle updates und der exchange server.

Das ist nicht unterstützt, kein tolles vorgehen usw, hat in meinem Fall aber funktioniert.

Vielleicht noch die Anmerkung das nach meinem erleben server 2008 in diesen Zustand kommen nach einer langen zeit extrem liebloser behandlung.
