Exchange 2013 Verwaltungskonsole kann nicht geladen werden

Hallo,
ich haben zum ersten Mail nach meiner Exchange Schulungen einen Server installiert.
VMware Player =Windows Server 2012 Domänen Controler
VMware Player= Windows Server 2012  Exchange 2013 ( CAS und Mailbox ).
Hier stehe ich vor folgender Problematik.

Direkt nach der Anmeldung an der Exchange Verwaltungsconsole bekomme ich gleich ein weißes Fenster. http 500 Fehler. Das Fenster bleibt weiß und es wird kein Inhalt geladen.
Wenn ich die Exchange PowerShell starte stellt diese, die Verbindung normal her.

 

Über ein paar Tipps wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Na dann fang von vorn an. 2013 ist erst ab sp1 auf 2012r2 möglich. Wer installiert eigentlich mit rtm? Lad dir das cu9 runter und beginne von vorn.
