Win2k8 - Microsoft Update Fehler

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe ein Problem das ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen kann.

Ich habe 10 identische Server, so meine Theorie. Auf den ersten 9 Servern kann ich das MS Update für andere MS Produkte aktivieren.

Sobald ich den Button am 10. Server anklicke kommt im IE Browser Fenster folgende Fehlermeldung:

 

MS Update could not be installed on your Computer.

(siehe Anhang)

 

Ich bin Domänen Administrator und im Internet, die anderen Updates haben funktioniert.

Eine Policy greift auch nicht.

 

Hat einer eine Idee?

Fehlermeldungen in der %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log?

Der Anhang muß erst freigeschaltet sein. Entweder uploaden und Link hier posten oder abschreiben.

das habe ich im Log gefunden.

 

Misc WARNING: Send failed with hr = 80072efd.

2010-06-17 09:02:02:748 572 1a4 Report WARNING: Failed to upload events to the server with hr = 80072efd.

 

Am Proxy sollte aber nicht liegen wie gesagt die PCs sind theoretisch alle gleich.

 

Die genaue Fehlermeldung lautet:

 

Microsoft Update could not be installed on your computer

 

Make sure that you log on as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group, and then try again.

 

More troubleshooting options

 

If your computer is connected to a network and the problem persists, contact your system administrator to see if your Microsoft Update settings are managed using group policy.

If your computer is not connected to a network, or if your system administrator has not disabled Microsoft Update, check if the Windows Update service is disabled or stopped. To see how to start a service, search Help and Support on your computer.

Aha. Und was soll das jetzt heissen? Habt ihr einen Proxy im Einsatz? Wenn ja, ist der richtig im IE eingetragen? Es wäre besser Du lädst das Log komplett hoch und postest den Link hier. Von 2 Zeilen ist es IMHO nicht möglich eine Analyse durchzuführen.
