Hi tuco !

 

Ich kenne C-Dilla als Lizenzmodul für bestimmte Anwendungen, z.B. als Client für eine serverbasierte Lizensierung. Autodesk hatte den benutzt bis AutoCad2000.

Du hast demnach irgendeine Software auf dem PC, die über C-Dilla lizensiert wird. Dieser Client scheint aber nicht zwingend einen Lizenzserver zu benötigen. So wie es aussieht, kann man mit dem auch hardwarebezogene Keys als Lizenz importieren.

:suspect: Nun, du wunderst dich, was das ein könnte?! kann ich dir sagen. hast schon mal eine "copy-protected" musik-cd in deinen rechner eingelegt? denn da kommt das ding meist her. es soll das kopieren von musik-cd's verhindern und installiert sich von selbst beim ersten zugriff auf die entsprechende cd ;)

Das Teil installiert sich ohne Nachfrage? Die Musikindustrie begibt da aber auf gaaaanz dünnes Eis. Irgendwann knallt's. :D

Hey yakusha !

Das würde ja bedeuten, wenn tuco den Dienst stoppt, laufen die CD´s nicht mehr - sonst wär es kein funktionierender Kopierschutz. Hast Du da ´n Link dazu oder sowas ?

 

@tuco: stopp den doch mal, oder setzt den Dienst auf manuell und leg so´ne CD ein - das würd ich dann doch zu gern wissen wollen. :cool:
