System writer is not found in the Backup

Hi,

 

ich habe heute versucht auf einem 2008er Server (als Domaincontroller) ein Backup des System States zu machen.

 

mittels WBADMIN START SYSTEMSTATEBACKUP -backupTarget:e:

wobei e: eine externe Harddisk ist.

 

der ablauf sah wie folgt aus

Die Logfiles sind leer und haben Größe 0

vssadmin list writers - zeigt keine auffälligkeiten

einen writer name 'system writer' gibts allerdings nicht in der Liste. sollte es das ??

 

ich habe auch schon den VSS-Dienst restartet und nochmal versucht.

und auch einmal mit ShadowCopies Enabled und einmal mit Disabled versucht.

gleiches ergebnis.

 

Im Event Viewer sehe ich:

 

Event 517

"Backup started at '03.06.2008 11:01:17' failed with following error code '2155348226' (System writer is not found in the backup.). Please rerun backup once issue is resolved."

 

und

 

Event 513

"Cryptographic Services failed while processing the OnIdentity() call in the System Writer Object.

 

Details:

AddCoreCsiFiles : GetNextFileMapContent() failed.

 

System Error:

The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

."

 

bzgl. Event 513 - die Berechtigungen auf den Ordner windows/registration sind wie in Microsoft Corporation beschrieben ok.

 

 

hatte schonmal jemand das gleiche problem?

und evtl auch ne lösung dafür? ;)

- Ist die USB Platte NTFS formatiert ?

- Schlägt das Backup auch fehl wenn du ein lokales Verzeichnis als Ziel nutzt ?

auf diesen seiten war ich heute schon.

wie auf viiiiiieeeeeelen anderen auch ;)

 

jedenfalls ist mir mittlerweile auf einigen seiten aufgefallen, daß anscheinend mit "vssadmin list writers" - ein writer mit writer name: 'system writer' aufscheinen sollte.

 

ich habe allerdings noch keinen plan wie ich einen solchen starten könnte o.ä.
