Windows Firewall aktivieren/deaktivieren geht nicht

Hallo,

 

bei einem Einzelplatzrechner möchte ich die Firewall deaktivieren, die Radiobuttons fürs deaktivieren und aktivieren sind aber ausgegraut. In den lokalen Richtlinien ist nichts konfiguriert.

Auf dem PC war vor kurzem ein Virus und es ist Norton Internet Security 2006 installiert. Kann das damit zusammenhängen?

Gibt es noch mehr eine Fehlermeldung o.ä.

Habe da schon öfter von gehört dass Viren das Sicherheitscenter komplett abschalten. Im Zweifel würde ich den Rechner neu installieren. Wenn ein Virus drauf war, weisst du nie, was da noch so im Hintergrund passiert.

kannst du denn den Dienst beenden?

 

Rechtsklick auf Arbeitsplatz -> Verwaltung -> Dienste -> Windows Firewalldienst -> beenden

 

probier das mal.
