Serverproblem Website

Hallo,

 

ich bitte Euch dringend um Hilfe. Ich arbeite als Webdesigner in einer kleinen Firma und habe folgendes Problem. Als ich vor 2 Jahren dort anfing, fand ich dort einen Windows 2003 Server mit einer ASPnet Homepage vor. Allerdings hatte der Cheff unwissend, wie er war in Rumaenien eine Joomla Homepage anfertigen lassen (preis 5000€) . Alle Versuche die page auf dem W2003 Server zu etablieren, schlugen fehl weshlab ich beschloss, auf einen externen hoster auszuweichen. Ergebnis, Homepage liegt bei Hoster sämtlicher Firmeninterne Mail auf dem verbleibenden W2003 Server.

 

Als währe das nicht kompliziert genug, wird der der Spam noch von einer externen Firma gefiltert.

 

Folgendes Problem. Neuerdings werden Emails, die über das Kontakformular gesendet werden, nicht mehr von uns empfangen. Ausserdem habe ich festgestellt, das zb. eine automatische Weiterleitung von Gmail aus nicht funktioniert, während Emails von zb. Hotmail bzw. Gmail gesendet, problemlos empfangen werden könne.

 

Folgende Info habe ich von meinem Hoster erhalten:

It still doesnt resolve on the net so it doesn’t quite work J

 

 

 

Its not possible to use an external script – or well it wont solve anything as the problem is our server, as well as me and 7 other locations I tried cant connect to your server as the domain name doesn’t resolve to an ip.

 

I tested the contact form on the website for you a few hours ago and received a copy myself without problems – try and fill out a form and put in your hotmail account and check off receive a copy and you will get it.

 

So the problem is not on our server, nor with the mails being sent but with the fact that your servers that’s supposed to be the mail server is non existing when you look from the outside.

The domain padborg-elektro.dk and turbochip.dk both has cuda.fleggaard.com as their mx point so I am basically guessing the problem is what cuda.fleggaard.com. refusing emails to the domains it hosts from the outside.

 

 

Leider habe ich als Webdesigner keinerlei Ahnung von Servertechnik, was meinen Chef als auch meine Kollegen wenig beeindruckt. "Computer ist computer" . Und aufgrund der hier in DK geltenden Hire and Fire Praxis, bin ich ziehmlich im Eimer, wenn ich das nicht gelöst bekomme. Ich währe unendlich dankbar für jede Hilfe!!

naja, es steht doch in der Mail, wen du ansprechen musst: Euren Spam-Provider, denn der ist ja der Eingangspunkt für eure Mail. Dort liegt offenbar ein Problem mit der DNS-Konfiguration vor bzw. die bisherige Konfiguration wurde umgestellt.

 

Mir ist allerdings auch nicht ganz klar, warum euer Hoster den Namen turbosrv.bla erreichen will - der MX für eure Domain ist ja nicht dieser Host.

 

Sprich also euren Spamprovider an.

PS. An deiner Stelle wäre ich mit einigen Äußerungen im Web sehr vorsichtig. Wenn ich meinen Chef öffentlich als "unwissend" bezeichne, ist das nicht nur in Dänemark ein fristloser Kündigungsgrund.

Reverse DNS FAILED! This is a problem.

We wanted to give a bit more insight into the Warning from our SMTP Diagnostic tool about Reverse DNS Failing.

 

When a sending server makes a connection to the recipient server, the recipient server notes the sending IP address and performs a reverse lookup. This is done by sending a DNS query which returns a Fully Qualified Domain Name ( FQDN) registered for that IP address. If the sending SMTP address matches the domain, then it's much more likely that the message is legitimate and therefore will be passed on to the recipient. If the IP address doesn't match, it's much more likely that the sending address was spoofed and therefore much more likely that it's unwanted and could be considered spam.

 

A FQDN is associated to an IP with a valid PTR record. You want the domain name portion of the FQDN to match the domain of your email address. (e.g. if your sending addresses follow the convention of name@mydomain.com, your PTR record should contain something like mailserver.mydomain.com). Only the organiztion which controls and owns the IP can set a PTR record. PTR record queries are sent to the owner of the IP address which is the ISP, unlike other DNS queries which are sent to the DNS server of whoever owns the domain. For this reason Setting a PTR record on your own DNS servers is almost useless since no one is asking your servers.

 

To make any changes to your rDNS, you will need to contact your ISP or if you host your own DNS (rare) you will adjust it yourself. You will not be able to do this in your DNS control panel unless your ISP also hosts your DNS and gives you the functionality to add your own rDNS records.

 

Provider mal fragen bedeutet das....

und der MX wo der spam gefiltert wird heisst cuda.fleggaard.com

@ Nils, glaub mir mein Chef wäre nicht sauer ;) Unwissenheit in dieser Beziehung ist keine Beleidigung. Er hat eben andere Dinge zu tun. Habe ihn ja nicht als Dumm bezeichnet. War eben ein Fehler bzw. ganz miese Beratung seitens der Webdesigner.
