Citrix mit drauf?

Citrix Forums : 32 Bit HP BiDi Channel Components ...

after some trial an error I was successfully mapping back the printers to the HP version of the drivers and not the windows version. I have not seen the events in the event log since.

"HP LaserJet 5200 PCL 6"="HP LaserJet 5000 Series PCL 6"

"HP LaserJet P4010_P4510 Series PCL 6"="HP LaserJet 4000 Series PCL"

the windows version of the driver has no space between PCL and 6. i also made sure not to use the PCL 6 driver.

Und noch:

This is a recent Issue and has to deal with HP Drivers

What you have happening is one of the drivers you download recently from HP

is doing this for me it was the HP4200 driver Version 61.074.561.43 (released

this may)

With a lot of digging I figured out the HP driver keeps trying to install

HPZBDI32.msi every time that driver is used.

The reason that is happening for some unknow reason HP put the HPZBDI32.msi

reference in the dependent file

If you remove the reference to the msi in the registry for that driver it

should stop trying to install that is my current work around and I have an

open ticket with HP I escalated yesterday

The best thing to do is a registry search on HPZBDI32.msi to see which

driver is causing the issue

The registry path is most likely

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3\(driver)

Double click the dependent file and delete the text HPZBDI32.msi
