Hallo,
kannst du mal etwas genauer beschreiben wie du die defekte Karte ausgetauscht hast .
Es waren schon 2 Karten drinn, eine OnBoard und eine PCI-Karte. Die PCI Karte wurde bisher nicht verwendet. Ich habe die OnBoard am Beginn einfach deaktiviert und auf die PCI Karte die entsprechenden IP Adressen übertragen. Das war der erste Versuch. Später habe ich dann die OnBoard Karte deinstalliert und auch im Bios abgeschaltet.

Der BDC ist kein SBS. Das mit regedit hat leider auch nicht gefruchtet.

Ja, ist ein 2003 SBS Server. Das mit dem regedit versuche ich jetzt noch. Morgen früh sollte halt alles wieder laufen... :)

Hat leider alles nichts gebracht. Ich denke, ich werde dann versuchen den BDC hinaufzustufen...

Ist die alte Karte ordnungsgemäss entfernt worden ? Existieren im DNS oder WINS Einträge, die den Namen des DCs enthalten, aber eine falsche IP-Adresse ?
Da alte Karte hatte die gleiche IP. Ich habe aber DNS & DHCP bereits mehrmals kontrolliert. Die alte Karte ist deinstalliert.

Nachtrag: Wenn ich am PDC das Netzwerk durchsuche, wird der PDC selbst nicht angezeigt. Alle anderen PCs schon.
Im System-Log steht auch noch das auf die gpt.ini nicht zugegriffen werden kann. Die Datei ist aber im richtigen Pfad vorhanden. IMHO hat der PDC da keine Rechte...

Hallo,
durch einen defekt musste ich die Netzwerkkarte tauschen, gleiche IP Adresse. Seither ist der PDC im Netz nicht mehr auffindbar. Umgekehrt, also vom PDC aus sieht man das Netzwerk (2 andere Server BDC&TS, sowie die Workstations). Beim durchsuchen des Netzwerkes von einer WS erhalte ich: :"Auf 'Domäne' kann nicht zugegriffen werden..."
Ich kann den PDC mit seinem Namen anpingen, also dürfte DHCP & DNS funktionieren.
Klicke ich auf ein bestehendes Mapping erhalte ich diese Fehlermeldung: ... der lokale Gerätenamen wird bereits verwendet..."
Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?
