Software (oracle) lässt sich nicht installieren auf win2003

Hallo zusammen

 

Wenn ich Oracle client 10. installieren will startet das exe file einfach nicht, wie wenn es geblockt wird. Das Problem besteht teilweise auch mit anderer Software.

 

Kann mir jemand helfen?
