Outlook crasht beim anhängen oder speichern von Dateien

Moin zusammen,

 

wir haben nun bei mehreren Kunden seit heute das Problem, dass Outlook abstürzt, wenn man Dateien auf die „Oldschool“-Art einfügt oder speichert.

Also nicht per Drag-and-Drop.

Bei allen Kunden handelt es sich um Windows 11 und Outlook 2016.

Hat noch jemand dieses Problem und schon eine Lösung gefunden?

Current Status Identified Status Update We are currently investigating a performance issue with the latest SMB Antivirus 26.1 release where the AVG/Avast Outlook add‑in may cause Outlook to freeze when opening or downloading attachments. Multiple Outlook versions can be affected. Workaround (until a fix is released): Disable the AVG/Avast Outlook add‑in. Restart the Outlook client with add‑in disabled. Our engineering team is actively working on a permanent fix. We will provide an updated status as soon as more information is available.
