Wir haben vor dem Exchange einen Netgear UTM Router. Die Einstellungen haben sich nicht verändert zu dem Zeitpunkt als es noch lief. Ein Proxy ist nicht im Einsatz. Der Fehler ist gefühlt aufgetreten, nachdem die Anzahl der mobilen Geräte gestiegen ist (ca. 50 Stück). Daraufhin hatte ich auch die folgenden Werte angepasst:

In den IIS-Logfiles finde ich nicht einschlägiges außer:
DeviceType=iPhone&Cmd=Ping&Log=V141_LdapC3_Hb2108_S3_Error:PingCollisionDetected_Mbx -> Den Fehler hatte ich mal im Internet gesucht und gefunden, dass man ihn ignorieren kann.
