The following hardware is used:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97M-D3H
Network Card: Onboard Realtek PCIe GBE Family (8111F)
The computers are running WIN 10 Professional.

Did you manage to find a solution? I have an almost identical motherboard (Gigabyte GA-Z97M-DS3H) and I cannot manage to get WoL working when the computer is shut down. I managed to get it working when it's suspended, but that's all.
