have you tried to set the configuration data in the BIOS to

"Non-PnP-OS": No

"Recources Controlled By": Manual

"Reset Configuration Data": Manual

It seems to be the most likely problem.

I have the same board and the same (updated?!) BIOS version.

Only difference is the CPU (600EB) and the GPU (SiS 305 32MB).

for all Soyo's BIOS's, flash util, etc...

I haven't been able to find a new BIOS.

I did install the latest version of VIA 4 in 1 and

and there where no problems; i.e.; W2k doesn't reset the drivers.

For an OpenGL, Try GLDirect 3.0.

You're supposed to pay for the privelidge....
