    Das stimmt schon, aber leider ist unser Exchangespezi nicht mehr im Hause und irgend einer muß den Job ja weiter machen.

    Deswegen bin ich auch für jede Hilfe dankbar.

  6. Spam-Mail via Exchange

    Hallo nochmal,

     

    Starte der Exchangesystemmanager und klicke dann mit der rechten Maustaste auf Connectoren -> Internet Mail und wähle Eigenschaften aus. Im Register Empfangseinschränkungen können dann die ungewollten Absender eingetragen werden.

     

    Leider kann man nur Absender und nicht nach Inhalten filtern.

    Jedenfalls habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden ob man nach Inhalten filtern kann. Wir benutzen bei uns in der Firma ein Drittherstellerprodukt, dass ein sogenanntes "Content-Filtering" beherrscht.

  9. Exchange 2000 - Durchsuchen von Öffentlichen Ordnern

    Hallo,

     

    hat jemand vielleicht eine Idee, wie man mehr als einen Öffentlichen Ordner gleichzeitig / Untergeordnete Ordner durchsuchen kann?

     

    Immer wenn ich versuche mehr als einen Ordner auszuwählen, bekomme ich diese Fehlermeldung : :confused:

    "Der Ordner, den sie ausgewählt haben, lässt es nicht zu,dass gleichzeitig weitere Ordner durchsucht werden. Um weitere Ordner zudurchsuchen, deaktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen neben diesem Ordner."
