SCCM hängt beim Download von Paketen

Moin Gemeinde,

 

ich kämpfe hier schon seit Tagen mit unserem SCCM rum. Aaaaalsooooo.

Er macht fast alles was er soll. Er verteilt meine Betriebssystemimages, bootet über Netzwerk usw.

Was nicht mehr funktioniert ist das Softwarepakete ausrollen. Die Ankündigung wird auf dem Client angekündigt, der will dann die Pakete herunterladen. Das wars dann auch schon. Der Download bleibt bei 0% stehen, und da eiert er rum. Ich habs mal ne Nacht durchlaufen lassen. Am nächsten morgen immer noch 0%. Keine Fehlermeldung, nix.

Hab den Verteilpunkt neu gemacht, Rechte geprüft, Pfade gecheckt, alles gut. Ich denke es liegt an BITS. Denn während der Client versucht downzuloaden sagt Bitsadmin "0 Jobs".

So, jetzt seid ihr dran. Ich bin mit meinem Latein am Ende. Achso SCCM 2012. Aber der ist ja dem SCCM 2007 ähnlich. Wenn also einer das Problem schonmal beim 2007er hatte, der kann sich hier gerne einklinken.

Client ist in den Boundaries der Site?

Ja die Grenzen sind der gesamte IP Bereich. Der Client bekommst seine IP vom DHCP. Das sollte also passen.

So, hab nochmal alles überprüft. Beim überprüfen des Netzwerkzugriffskontos tritt folgendes Phänomen auf.

 

Ich überprüfe das eingetragene Konto mit der überprüfungsfunktion. Er sagt das Benutzername und / oder Kennwort flasch wären. Gut. Hab ich dann neu eingetragen, wieder überprüft, alles fein.

Hab das Fenster geschlossen, wieder geöffnet, wieder überprüft, und siehe da, Benutzername und/oder Kennwort falsch. Er speichert also das Kennwort nicht.

Ich denke das ist auch die Ursache für mein Problem. Ohne Credentials keine Softwarepakete.

Hast Du die Boundaries einer Boundary Group hinzugefügt?

Was findet sich in ClientLocation.log, LocationServices.log und CAS.log?

Network Access Account ist normalerweise (bei Domänenmitgliedern) nicht nötig um Applications herunterzuladen (Computerkonto wird verwendet).

Ich wiederhole mal Torstens Frage:

Sind deine Distribution Points in einer Boundary (Group) zugeordnet?

Im Idealfall einer Boundary, in der auch der Client steckt...

Ja, die Gruppen, die Grenzen usw passen. Wie gesagt, es wurde nichts geändert. Doch stop. Es wurde ein HPSIM installiert. Als dann derjenige gemerkt das er auf dem ConfigManager falsch ist.

Kanns irgendwo am IIS liegen?

 

@david: Warum ConfigMgr??? Ich dacht SCCM ist die abkürzung dafür (SystemCenterConfigurationManager)?

Also das Problem liegt da, dass er keinen DP findet, der zu dem Paket gehört. Eigentlich sollte er dann aber abbrechen und nicht endlos weitermachen.

Ist das Paket auch auf die DP verteilt?

Der Client ist wirklich innerhalb der selben Boundary wie der DP?

 

Auch wenn man bei Microsoft intern immer wieder über SCCM stolpert, so ist "offiziell" dennoch die Abkürzung für das Produkt "ConfigMgr".

Interessanterweise ist der ConfigMgr aber das einzige Produkt der System Center Suite, welches so abgekürzt wird. SCOM, SCSM, SCVMM... sind alle valide.

Aber jeder weiß, was du meinst ;)

Wie ist denn das Deployment konfiguriert ('Distribution Points' tab, falls es um ein Package/Program geht) bzw der Deployment Type ('Content' tab; bei Applications)?
