Hallo,

wenn man die genaue Kontrolle darüber haben möchte, wann der Client die Updates saugt, dann hilft nur

net stop wuauserv

"HKLM/SW/MS/WINDOWS/CurrentVersion/WindowsUpdate/Autoupdate/LastWaitTimeOut" löschen !

net start wuauserv

Dann werden nach ca. 10 Minuten die Updates gesaugt.

Wir lassen dies einfach im Logon-Script der GlobalDomainPolicy laufen, denn der Ausführende braucht die nötigen Rechte. Somit wird jedesmal beim hochfahren des Clienten nach Updates gescannt.

Könntest Du mir noch verraten wie ich via Script einen Registry-key löschen kann ?

 

Oder vielleicht könntest Du dein komplettes Script hier reinstellen ? Wäre super :)

Entweder:

Reg delete HKLM\Key\Valuename

stammt aber glaub ich aus dem Recource-Kit; oder:

Anlegen einer *.reg-Datei (z.b. WuauDel.reg) mit dem Inhalt:

 

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update]

"LastWaitTimeout"=-

 

Aufruf im Script:

Net Stop WUAUSERV

Regedit.exe /S {Pfad}\WUAUdel.reg

Net Start WUAUSERV

Es kommt immer erst eine Activity Initialization und dann eine Installation. (siehe code unten)

und das FETTE lässt dich dann ja darauf schließen was er installiert.

 

Also ich mach das so, dass ich das abwarte, wenn ich einen Rechner neuaufsetzte, bekommt er gleich mal ein Update verpasst und die laufenden dann vom SUS.

Schau mal bei M$ da gabs vor kurzem eine Patch CD. vielleicht bekommt man die ja noch.

Das ganze kommt mir halt noch etwas unausgereift vor, aber trotzdem ist der SUS sehr nützlich.

 

Mal sehen was die version 2.0 bringt :-)

Ich habe mir jetzt auch alle Beiträge fleißig durchgelesen und auch die ersten "bugs" ausgemistet. Das Tool ist nun installiert und zeigt mir auch die Log/Files an .. nur wenn ich auf den Button "Get Log" gehe - > File not Found

 

Kann mir jemand helfen ...

@Alt+F4: schau mal ob deine Logs dort liegen, worauf der Quelltext der Seite (auf der Get Logs ist)verweist.

Bei mir lag da mal ein Fehler weil ich nicht das Windowsstandardverz. hatte.

wielange hast du schon gewartet? also erfahrungsgemäß dauert das so 1-2 Tag bis sich mal was tut...also vielleicht nur geduld...

ich dachte, der setzt die Updates direkt auf den Client, sobald dieser sich in der Domäne anmeldet ?

 

Liege ich damit wohl falsch - oder ?
