Wenn ich die Instruktionen folge komme ich mit meiner bisherigen login auf mein Profil, aber was soll ich dann tun.

 

Irgendwo muss man Certification ID und das dazugehörige Passwort eingeben, aber wo????

Ich empfehle der Einfachheit halber, Dass Du Dich an Dein MRSC wendest, die können oft das ganze (kostenlos) am Telefon lösen: Microsoft Regional Service Centers

Habe angerufen, die haben aus versehen ein 2:es Profil angelegt.

 

Innerhalb von 5 Tagen wollen sie die Profile zusammenführen.
