Nein, gemäß dem Artikel muss man die IP-Adresse als Proxyserver eintragen, keinen Namen:
"The computer running ISA Server may not be able to resolve the name of the computer if you use a computer name or Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)
und wie kann ich mir das:

HTTPS ist hier wohl gemeint, denn nur das kann der WbProxy neben HTTP und FTP handeln.
Hast Du diese config schon mal ausprobiert? und hat es funktioniert?

Ja, mehrmals, und es funktioniert. Trotzdem bin ich hier Purist und mache es lieber mit Paketfiltern
