beim öffnen des rules and alerts ordners im outlook kommt fehlermeldung

Guten Tag,

Wenn ich im Outlook auf extras - rules and alerts klicke, dann bekomme ich eine fehlermeldung.

Diese lautet:

the information store could not be opened

Gegooglet: Ja
Boardsuche: Ja

Bis jetzt ausprobier:
- Name aufgelöst
- .ost datei gelöscht und neu repliziert. Neues ost file wurde erstellt aber noch immer gleiche fehlermeldung

Hi.

Schau mal unter den Addin's nach, ob da auch alle Exchange Server Erweiterungen installiert sind.

an der installation wird es wohl nicht liegen, da es früher mal funktioniert hat!
Es sind alle add'ins installiert!
