WSUS läd keine Patches herunter

Ich habe einen WSUS Server, welcher keine Patches herunterläd.

In der Übersicht wird zwar angezeigt, dass z.B. 20 GB von 40 GB heruntergeladen wurde, aber im Dateisystem ist seit einiger Zeit nur 1,4 GB belegt.

Platz ist im WSUS Volume genug verfügbar.

 

Ein wsusutil.exe /reset hat auch nichts gebracht. Es wurde zwar wieder von 0 GB hochgezählt (bis z.B. wieder die 20 GB) aber es wird nicht mehr Platz im WSUS Content Ordner belegt.

In C:\Program Files\Update Services\LogFiles die SoftwareDistribution.log anschauen und natürlich das Eventlog absuchen. Zusätzlich kannst Du auch in der Konsole alle Updates anzeigen lassen und dann nach der Spalte Filestatus sortieren. Dann siehst Du welche Dateien fehlen.

 

Hast Du denn vor dem RESET auch das komplette Content gelöscht? Wenn nein, hol das nach. Wie genau sieht der Downloadstatus auf dem WSUS jetzt aus? Läuft der BITS?

Ja ich hatte allen Content gelöscht vor dem Reset.

Aktuell wird in der Übersicht der Download Status hochgezählt, aber im FS kommt nichts an und im Task Manager unter dem Netzwerk wird kein Download festgestellt.

BITS läuft auch und Server wurde schon neu gestartet.

 

Im Softwaredistributionlog sehe ich einige Fehler:

Ich suche mal nach diesem Fehler.

Ich bin nach einer kurzen Google Recherche auf https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/922330/error-message-when-you-try-to-download-a-file-by-using-the-background-intelligent-transfer-service-content-file-download-failed gestossen und mit dem SQL Befehl " update tbConfigurationC set BitsDownloadPriorityForeground=1" funktioniert der Download wieder. Der Tipp aus dem Artikel mit "ExecuteSQL.exe" ging bei mir nicht, da diese Datei bei mir fehlte.

Dafür gibt es einen KB-Artikel, das Problem liegt wohl am Gateway bzw. an der Firewall.
