falls jemand von euch bei VISTA (oder auch XP) ebenfalls Probleme mit dem Update hat, habe ich hier mal die Lösung des Problems:
You have to change the SACL of %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\mapisvc.inf. Take
ownership for the group Administrators and grant the permission to
change for Administrators. Then retry the installation of the Patch.

Zur Info: Das Update schlug fehl mit dem Fehlercode 779. Leider gab es bei MS unter dem angezeigten Link nicht wirklich hilfe zu diesem Problem.
