Zu Deiner Frage habe ich Folgendes gefunden:
"D. Microsoft Official Curriculum
(1) Except for private instructor-led courses for which Microsoft CTEC may utilize independent courseware, Microsoft CTEC must use MOC and/or MSDN when it teaches any Microsoft Course for any Product or technology for a Product. If Microsoft has not developed MOC and/or MSDN for a course on a particular Product or technology, Microsoft CTEC is free to develop or purchase its own courseware and offer courses on said Microsoft Product or technology; however, it shall not offer these courses under the title " Microsoft Course." Notwithstanding the foregoing, Microsoft CTEC may use Supplemental Materials in conjunction with the MOC and/or MSDN so long as the Supplemental Materials are clearly identified as such. Microsoft CTEC shall retain ownership of such Supplemental Materials.
(2) Microsoft CTEC shall not knowingly supply any MOC, MSDN or Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center Materials to anyone who engages in the use, manufacture, distribution or other supply or transfer of counterfeit, pirated, or illegal MOC, MSDN or Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center Materials. Microsoft CTEC agrees to promptly report to MICROSOFT, and to reasonably cooperate with Microsoft in the investigation of, any counterfeit, pirated or illegal MOC, MSDN or Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center Materials.
(3) Microsoft CTEC shall not translate any portion of MOC, MSDN or any associated documentation into any other language without the prior written permission of Microsoft. Microsoft CTEC shall not copy, modify, merge, reproduce, reverse engineer, or disassemble MOC and/or MSDN except as explicitly authorized by Microsoft. Microsoft CTEC must notify its Students in writing of any deviation, omission or modification to any MOC and/or MSDN before Students sign up for any training to be conducted by Microsoft CTEC.
(4) The phrase "Microsoft Official Curriculum" and/or "Microsoft Developer Network" may be used in advertising or marketing materials to identify courses which use MOC, MSDN, or MOC plus Supplemental Materials. Specific guidelines concerning the use of the above phrase are set forth in the Microsoft CTEC Program Guide.
(5) Support. Microsoft CTEC shall be solely responsible for supporting Students in the use of MOC and/or MSDN. Microsoft CTEC may itself ask Microsoft questions about the use of MOC and/or MSDN through the Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center Secure Web Site and MCT secure web site. Microsoft CTEC shall not be entitled to any support from Microsoft Technical Support or Microsoft Product Support Services hereunder."
