Vesuch mal die Sysvol auf dem 1 DC neu zu initialisieren.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> System -> CurrentControlSet -> Services -> Netlogon und Parameters
den Wert SysvolReady auf 1 setzen
danach im Dosprompt
net stop netlogon
net start netlogon
