Cisco 2950

Hallo alle zusammen,

Ich hab in der Firma, wo ich arbeite den Switch "WS-C2950SX-24 24 10/100 Mbps ports with two fixed 1000BASE-SX uplinks", der sehr gut lief. Alle 24 Ports + die 2 1000Base liefen bis vor 2 Tagen sehr gut und dann auf einmal haben beide "1000Base" Ports aufgehoert zu funktionieren. Alle Pc's, die in den 24-Ports angeschlossen waren, hatten keinen Internetvernindung mehr (beide 100Base Anschluesse sind mit dem Netzwerk durch Glassfaserkaebeln verbunden). Ich hab alles versucht, aber leider ohne Erfolg (Ich habe jeden 1000Base-Anschluss durch Glassfaserkabelen getestet, ohne Erfolg), Ich kriege die Leuchtdioden der beiden Anschluessen einfach nicht an.

Hat irgendjemand von Euch bitte irgendeinen Vorschlag.

boote den Switch mal und schau mal mit "show int g0/0" und "show int g0/1" und poste die Ausgabe auch vom Booten.

also nachdem die beiden g0/1 und g0/2 aufgehoert haben zu funktionieren, habe ich "show run" gemacht, und das ist das Ergaebniss:

Hi,

ich würde sagen die Fasern sind irgendwo durchtrennt worden oder der Switch/bzw. die 1000BASE-SX Ports sind defekt.
Hat die Gegenstelle ein Problem?

Hi madona,

ich wollte mal sehen ob beim booten irgendwelche Post Fehler auftauchen. Aber der Switch initalisiert sich normal. Da ist nix ungewöhnliches dabei.

Einizig finde ich den Setup Diaglog etwas merkwürdig:

Der sollte eigentlich nicht kommen. Du hast ja eine Konfiguration drauf. Der Dialog kommt sonst nur, wenn noch keine gespeicherte Konfiguration auf dem Switch ist. Aber da du einen Teil von show run gepostet hast, hat er ja eine. Sehr merkwürdig. Da fällt mir aber auch sonst nix anderes zu ein.


Über die Interfaces ist zu sehen, das hardwaremässig keine Verbindung da ist. Das sagt aber aber die Leuchtdiode auch schon aus:

Du könntest bei den Interface Countern noch mal
nachsehen. 2 Interface resets sind normal. Sehr viele können aber auch auf ein Leitungsproblem hindeuten.

Falls du die Möglichkeit hast, würde ich ein anderes Gerät versuchen auf den G0/0 G0/1 Ports anzuschließen, um zu schauen, ob der Link dann kommt. Einfach um auszuschließen, das es am Switch liegt, weil dann weißt du, das es das Patchfeld ist.

könnte ja auch gut sein, das die config nicht mehr gelesen wird. Mach doch noch mal ein "show run int g0/1", nur um sicher zu gehen, das die Konfiguration auch noch genauso da ist wie vorher.

danke fuer Deine Holfe. I versuche, den Switch durch networkkabel zu kontaktieren, aber es will nicht funktionieren. Ich heb' ihm die IP-adresse 10.0.0.2 gegeben und ich kann ihn "pingen" aber der kann Pakete senden aber nicht empfangen!!!!

Ich moechte gerne den Flash und iso nochmal drauf spielen oder das Geraete HW-reseten. wo kann ich einen neuen Flash und iso fuer das Geraet downloaden.

also da bei dem switch die system dialog frage kommt hat der im moment gar keine konfig geladen. das heisst aber auch das die interfaces down sind und sich gar nix da tut.
schau mal naoch im flash ob die config noch drin ist oder ob du ds bei deinem reset alles gelöscht hast.

Schau dir mal hier die Infos an:

Allerdings würde ich mal schauen, ob tatsächlich noch eine Konfiguration drauf ist. Was sagt:

Sind die Interfaces vielleicht "shutdown"?
